Withdrawal Policy

The GNJMR recognizes that circumstances may arise necessitating the withdrawal of a submitted manuscript. The following guidelines outline the withdrawal process:

· Request for Withdrawal: Authors wishing to withdraw their manuscript must submit a formal request via email to the editorial office. The request should include the title of the manuscript, the reason for withdrawal, and any relevant details.

· Timing of Withdrawal: Manuscripts may be withdrawn at any stage of the review process. However, if a manuscript is close to publication, the withdrawal may be subject to additional considerations.

· Confirmation of Withdrawal: Upon receipt of the request, the editorial team will acknowledge the withdrawal in writing. Authors should allow up to seven business days for processing.

· Consequences for Withdrawal: Authors are advised that repeated withdrawals may affect their standing with the journal. If a manuscript is withdrawn after peer review has begun, authors may be required to provide justification.

· Re-submission Policy: Authors who withdraw a manuscript may submit a revised version in the future, provided they address the feedback received during the initial review process.
