Author Guidelines

Abstract Writing: Abstract should not be more than 250 words count, clearly written in English Language (UK), single line spacing. The abstract should include author's personal information like name, affiliated institution, email address, authors ORCID IDs and corresponding authors details. The journal uses a structured abstract with the following subheadings:

· Background: In the background, contributors are discouraged from citations. The background should simply set the stage for the study. Conceivably, it should give an insight into the work, why the topic is important, and why the study is worth conducting.

· The objective of the study: The objective of the study should clearly state the problem to be solved.

· Methodology: This should indicate how the research was carried out as well as the designs that were adopted to achieve the study objectives. The sample size, sampling procedure for selection of respondents, and instruments for data collection for the study should be clearly stated as well. The method(s) of data analysis utilized and mode of data presentation should be indicated. Issues like validity and reliability should be addressed.

· Results: Results should be presented in clear and simple language.

· Unique Contribution: The researcher should state the distinctive contribution of his/her manuscript to past or existing knowledge by highlighting its practical, theoretical, or scholarly contributions.

· Conclusion: The conclusion should be handled with seriousness. The contributors should concisely sum up the study.

· Key Recommendation: Here, recommendations for further studies on the research topic should be stated.

1. Formatting Guideline: The following formatting should be observed in the body of the works:

· Font size: 12

· Line Spacing: 1.5

· Font style: Times New Roman

· Paper size: A4

· Words Count: Not more than 6,000 words count

· The document should be properly aligned to justified.

2. Citations and Referencing: All citations and referencing must adhere strictly to APA 7th edition styles.

3. Ethical Guideline: Authors are seriously admonished to ensure originality in their article submission. All articles submitted shall be subjected to plagiarism and artificial intelligence (AI) involvement using Turnitin software. Similarity level and AI involvement should not exceed 15% each (that is 30% for both).

4. Submission of Full Article: All articles should be submitted to the journal’s official email: ……………………….and copied to the Editor-in-chief email: ……………. The submission of the full article shall be accompanied with the receipt of payment of ₦5, 000 or $5 for vetting fee. The payment should be made to the journal’s account details provided below. Remember, the vetting is double-blind, just to ensure that only quality and well researched articles are accepted and published.

5.  Acknowledgement of Receipt of Article: Articles submitted to the journal’s email shall be acknowledged not later than one week from the date it was sent.

6. Review Process: All articles shall be subjected to double-blind review by experts in that area. Authors are admonished to thoroughly effects the corrections pointed out by the reviewers. Also, it is expected that authors should provide a separate document showing clearly how they have responded to the corrections/issues raised by the reviewers. This should be done in a sequential order in a tabular form. Both the corrected/modified copy and the separate document should be forwarded back to the journal’s and Editor-in-Chief ‘s email. The review process of article shall be between 1 to 2 months.

7. Decision on Article: The Editor-in-Chief, managing editors, as well as the associate editors have the reserved right to take the final decision on whether or not, an article shall be accepted for publication. However, this final decision shall be strictly guided by the reviewer’s decisions as well as the authors ability to responses strictly to the corrections pointed out by the reviewers. 

8. Acceptance Letter of Article for Publication: Acceptance letter shall be sent to author(s) who has diligently and thoroughly effected all the corrections pointed out by both the reviewers and the Editor-in-Chief. Acceptance letter shall be issued within a space of 2 to 4 weeks from the date the corresponding author submitted the corrected copy of author.

9. Payment Fee and Mode of Payment: All authors’ articles accepted for publication shall pay the sum of ₦30, 000 or $30 to the designated account and forward the receipt of payment into the journals email.
